boost1.53 is available in raring/universe, and I'd like to have boost1.53 as default in the next series, at opening.

OK, to go ahead for s-series opening? Please let me know your thoughts. I hope the recently released gcc4.8 will be default in s-series, thus together with boost1.53 bringing in excellent C++11 support.
