Why is this change needed in the archive version?
This is a transition needed for the Touch specific images. If you see the code, we're already using 2 other PPAs to build, until we have all the packages going via the daily CI work. We hope to get rid of all the extra PPAs once we merge Mir and Unity 8 (which is why we need the ubuntu-unity/next ppa, as a prep for including them into the archive), which will probably happen later this month. We could go back and have all the extra changes as part of a PPA (as we had before), but we thought it'd make more sense to temporarily enable them there while we push the changes in the proper way. This is not the final goal, and we'll remove this asap.
