OK, 900 webcam is not well supported by kernel provided with Ubuntu EEE. I tried to compile by hand uvcvideo_20070706-4.tar.gz and works great!
There is a great custom made kernel for Hardy optimized for eeepc. It's fast and have all the kernel drivers needed for 900 and 701 (madwifi cvs, uvcvideo, multitouch...).
