New2Ubuntu confirmed that the question is solved:
Ok, found it...yes, they were all disabled. The camera is working. I
do not know about bluetooth. The network icon (upper right corner) is
now indicating wireless as an option. There is no wifi service at my
current location, and I will check sometime this weekend to see if it
works. Thanks.
