Question #45888 on Ubuntu Eee changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-eee/+question/45888
Status: Open => Answered Adam McDaniel proposed the following answer: The only other time I've heard of this was a 2G that was mounting its homedrive on an SD card. Sometimes it would recover, but most of the time it wouldn't. Did you have your SD card mounted when you suspended? In the case of the 2G, for some reason ACPI's native sleep.sh script did recover from suspend more often than gnome's pm-utils script. Try to suspend with this command, and see if it can recover: sudo /etc/acpi/sleep.sh force Now, this command didn't recover 100% of the time (maybe 90%) but it was a lot better than pm-utils' 40% success rate. -- You received this question notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Eee Coders, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu Eee. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-eee-coders Post to : ubuntu-eee-coders@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-eee-coders More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
