Question #44251 on Ubuntu Eee changed: https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu-eee/+question/44251
Yantit proposed the following answer: I applied the "solution" described in bug #261141, which includes copying the two new scripts to the acpi folder. If you now press fn+f2, it shows the "asus" gui which tells that WLAN is off, but it has no effect. But at least the system doesn't crash/freezes. Hope someone can deliver a working solution. That's the only "feature" which is missing in my installation... -- You received this question notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Eee Coders, which is an answer contact for Ubuntu Eee. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-eee-coders Post to : ubuntu-eee-coders@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-eee-coders More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
