It does support the 4G I know as I am running the 4G with the Ubuntu-eee
very successfully. I suggest getting the latest iso from http://www
.ubuntu-eee.com/wiki/index.php5?title=Get_Ubuntu_Eee and the using the
unetbootin app to install it very easily.
