I have a very similar problem on a 701; I installed from usb stick,
choosed a 8Gb sd card as target, everything went well, but now I HAVE to
boot with the usb stick inserted to see the bootloader and boot my SD or
internal partition, otherwise I get a error 21, without even the "press
any key" !
Help us Obi One, you're our only hope ...
