Thanks for the response and assistance. I haven't had time to try this
yet but will get on with it asap and report back.
Please could I just clarify, though - the process you're describing
would require a new installation of Ubuntu Intrepid (from the main
Ubuntu download page), rather than modifications to my current
installation of Ubuntu Eee? Do I understand correctly?
