Public bug reported:
It quickly mute/unmute with OSD displaying a speaker _with_
'wavefronts'. If I try hard enough and repeatedly press Fn+F7, then once
in a while, it'll mute without unmuting.
I noticed this problem after upgrade to intrepid and I could also swear
the it was working in Hardy.
