Bug description:
Binary package hint: window-picker-applet
The window-picker-applet does not flash or otherwise highlight the icon of any
window which sets the "urgent" hint. This is used in applications such as IM
to notify the user of a new message, or other urgent information. Compare bug
#10595 for further information about the urgent hint.
