AGAIN! [for sebass benefit]. All works fine for me on HP dv6809 w/Atheros, using Madberry procedure only.
I've upgraded each hardy kernel, since worked out in August 2008, using that procedure. [intrepid live cd fails 267198 ]. But [again] I do not use backport modules, NDISWRAPPER, blacklists or any of that. See 10/21/08 for reinstall info. Hope this helps.
