I'm not having any luck using the microphone on a eeepc 8g (702). It did work on the original xandros.
I have tried with options snd-hda-intel model=auto and options snd-hda-intel model=3stack-dig in /etc/modprobe.d/snd-hda-intel Have tried using Intrepid and the latest alpha of Jaunty.
