Launchpad's git support is incomplete (you can host git repos, and you can build recipes from git repos, but you can't auto-mirror git repos from other hosts). Upon further inspection, the importer seems to be in a bad way indeed: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/266425695/rbose-vcs-imports-emacs-trunk.log That looks to me like some serious bit-rot and not something that rbose is going to have the power to fix (eg this requires code fixes directly in launchpad, and I doubt anybody will care to do it seeing as bzr is dead). So as a stop-gap until launchpad supports mirroring git repos, I've created a little script that just sort of force-imports git and commits it to bzr. It doesn't preserve the commit history but you don't need that for the daily package build anyway. Here's the script: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~cupstream2distro-maintainers/bileto/trunk/view/head:/scripts/import.sh And if all goes well, in a few hours (scheduled for 1AM UTC) you should see the branch appear here: https://code.launchpad.net/~ci-train-bot/emacs/imported At which point I'll trigger new builds of the recipe based on that and things should go back to their daily selves. -- robru _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-elisp Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-elisp More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
