FYI a this is a bug and dev issue and not within the scope of the group.

This bug has now been unassigned from the gaming team and bug watches
added related to a similar bug in Debian and one related to a deeper
issue of pyopengl not ctype findlibrary for the GL shared object.

The workaround provided earlier is OK for now, but hopefully we can have
this fixed more elegantly for Karmic.
