13.10 will be based on gnome 3.8, but we will have packages for 3.10 in the gnome3-team ppa's.

Right now, some bits of 3.10 are in staging, they will migrate to gnome3 ppa once they have had a bit more testing.

Hi

I am Christian, long-time contributor to the GNOME project and user of
Ubuntu since its debut.
Running the current alpha in a virtual machine, I see it uses GNOME 3.8
and wonder if there are plans to go for GNOME 3.10 with the 13.10
release.
I took a look at how basic packaging works and might get involved there.
I wonder how collaboration with Debian and upstream Ubuntu works.

As GNOME is no more the default Ubuntu desktop, I suppose Ubuntu will
use GNOME 3.6 or 3.8.
