Dear community members,
I've just installed Ubuntu-GNOME 13.04 on my Vaio Pro 13. It has a 4th
generation core i5 processor of 1.6Ghz, however, it is running only at 800 Mhz.
It seems to be a kernel issue, as mentioned in this post

I'm not a Linux expert so I don't want to patch and recompile the kernel, I
don't even know how to do it. Could anyone help me with this issue?
