I have noticed this, however haven't investigated yet. Can you file a bug for this.

I don't actaully have any Bluetooth devices. Is this working in system settings?
System settings always says that Bluetooth is disable when I enter it. I've tried to enable it by the toggle button at the top right of the window but nothing happends/changes, if I exit the Bluetooth section and enter it again the toggle button becomes disabled.
