That is a mistake, need to fix the description....
gnome3 PPA will have 3.10 bits not in 14.04
gnome3-staging (and perhaps will move later into gnome3-next) will be
3.12 for 14.04, however this will not be supported for the duration of
the LTS. Just the standard 9 months
