Greetings, I would like to ask if anyone have met with this issue before. I tried to remove gnome under 14.04 with commands:
sudo apt-get remove gnome sudo apt-get remove ubuntu-gnome-desktop sudo apt-get remove gnome-shell sudo apt-get remove gnome-tweak-tool It succeeded basically, but a few leftovers stayed. Shutdown screen is still gnome, and top header menu is still the gnome one. Any ideas how I can remove those as well? Thanks in advance, -- Németh Balázs
