As with every cycle, recruiting is a must-do task. Once we have a dedicated team (HR) to do that, I will be super happy because doing tons of things at the same time is sometimes fun, some other time is a huge burden. I am sure we shall find someone who will step in and take over the HR Sub-Team. When we have started that Sub-Team, the team leaders agreed to take care of it but that didn't happen because we are all busy with other stuff. For this cycle, there must be a dedicated team (NOT one person) - at least a team of 2 people - to take care of the HR activities.
