No joy for me? I did find a PPA which provides Evolution 3.16.0, provided by Fabien Tassin, which is awesome but it hasn't been updated since March (so it doesn't have the current Evolution 3.16.2.1 version) and also it doesn't provide evolution-data-server-online-accounts, and I've configured my email accounts through Gnome's online accounts (I could redo them in Evo directly of course).
