Assuming you're using the GNOME 3 Staging PPA for Xenial, try adding
this to your sources.list:
deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/gnome3-team/gnome3-staging/ubuntu xenial main/debug
It's the same as a regular sources line, just with main/debug instead
of main. And then install the packages you need with the -dbgsym
suffix, like libsoup-gnome2.4-1-dbgsym . I think you'll need to
install the -dbgsym pacakges for
its dependencies too.
