Τελικά βρήκα λύση στο πρόβλημα .. έφταιγε που είχα βάλει το adobe air κάποιο παράξενο πρόβλημα υπάρχει με το συγκεκριμένο πακέτο κάνοντας όμως reinstall το πακέτο gnome-app-install το add/remove έφτιαξε.
