Θέμα: αναβάθμιση ubuntu

Γεια σας. θέλω να απεγκαταστήσω τα ubuntu 11.10 32 bit για να
εγκαταστήσω τα 12.04 64 bit. Εναλλακτικά αν μπορώ να αναβαθμίσω τα
32bit σε 64 . Παρακαλώ για οδηγίες ευχαριστώ.
