"This is one of the things that has always bothered me about Jamendo. They make the claim that for anything besides personal use, you must purchase a license from them. This is NOT the case, because as you noticed, the CC BY and CC BY-SA allow for commercial use in your own projects. What they are saying is true: the CC license cannot guarantee that the person is not a member of a performance rights organization. So, for the most part, the very purpose that Jamendo states for purchasing a PRO license is already taken care of by the CC license itself, and therefore there is no real reason to purchase one of these licenses." Στο τελευταίο link υπάρχει ένα σημείο όπου λέει ότι παρέχεται πιστοποιητικό - A certified license Jamendo will provide you with a certificate that you'll be able to show to collective rights societies' inspectors in the event of a control and which proves that you have no fee to pay to these societies."
