Τα public DNS σου θα τα βάλεις στις ρυθμίσεις του router, μιας και ο DHCP Server στο σπίτι σου είναι το router. Αυτό μιλάει με τον έξω κόσμο και διαχειρίζεται την public IP σου αλλά και τις IP των server.
