Title: HAProxy 1.3.23 version bump Status in “haproxy” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: The last version avaiable in Lucid is 1.3.22. But 1.3.23 has loads of bugfixes, especially in regard to cookie parsing. This shouldn't be too hard as it's not a major version change.
