  Fix Released

Bug description:
resource-agents is a package that now replaces cluster-agents.
However, installing resource-agents where cluster-agents is already
installed, fails. This also means that there are upgrade issues from
where resource-agents cannot replace correctly cluster-agents.

  14:52 <roaksoax> dpkg: error processing
/var/cache/apt/archives/resource-agents_1%3a3.9.2-5ubuntu3_i386.deb (--unpack):

14:52 <roaksoax> trying to overwrite '/etc/ha.d/shellfuncs', which is also
in package cluster-agents 1:1.0.4-0ubuntu2 14:52 <roaksoax> No
apport report written because MaxReports is reached
14:52 <roaksoax> dpkg-deb: error: subprocess paste was killed by signal

This also means that cluster-agents should be made a dummy [package.
