What I noticed in your patch: - (minor) the indentation in debian/changelog is off a bit - as far as I can see everything is "Remaining changes", right? - I think that DEB_UPDATE_RCD_PARAMS, DEB_AUTO_UPDATE_AUTOCONF, DEB_CONFIGURE_SCRIPT_ENV, DEB_CONFIGURE_EXTRA_FLAGS all are only used and meaningful in the context of cdbs. which is not used in this version any more. For instance seems --enable-snmp not to be passed on during the build.
