Bug description:
The DRBD team now maintains a unified codebase for DRBD 8.3, 8.4 and
9.0 userspace utilities: drbd-utils. Ubuntu should stop shipping
drbd8-utils and move to the unified tools.
The move already happened in Debian: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-

Doing this for Trusty would be especially useful with the various
kernel backports that are going to ship in the future. There were some
problems in the past with mismatching user and kernel DRBD components:
