Title:
  Removal Request: Demote from main

Status in heartbeat package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
heartbeat was updated to python3[0], but has become obsolescent and can
  be removed from the archive.

Release: heartbeat should be removed from main in Eoan+. It can be moved
  to universe.

Rationale: Heartbeat was a part of the linux-ha project, and could
either be used stand-alone ("haresources" mode), or as a part of the
Pacemaker cluster resource manager[1]. However, Pacemaker's focus moved
to use Corosync[2] and dependencies on heartbeat were dropped in the
packaging. There is no longer any reference to heartbeat by pacemaker
as corosync has completely replaced it today.

Reverse depends or reverse build depends on heartbeat, except for two
Suggests: ipvsadm and drbd-utils. ipvsadm allows it as an alternative
to keepalived. drbd-utils supports it as one of several different
  optional integrations.
