Bug description:
Binary package hint: predict-gsat
This patch adds two plugins to gsat:
radio_rigctld: Controls a radio using rigctld
rotor_rotctld: Controls a rotator using rotctld
With these plugins, gsat can control all radios and rotators supported by
hamlib.
