In the spirit of long term support, there's a new binary (deb package) available for those still using Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid) that was built from CVS code (Xastir 2.01) on December 31, 2011. The last binary I built for Lucid was for Xastir version 1.99 in August 2010, so it has been a while.
