You have been subscribed to a public bug by Paul Sladen (sladen):
Quisk is a software-defined radio (SDR) decoder program. It takes I/Q
encoded input from "soundcards" such as the FunCubeDongle and SoftRock
and decodes this as FM, or AM radio that can be heard by the listener in
the usual way, although with waterfall, spectrum and oscilloscope visual
representations.
It is commonly used by amatuer radio operators, although that that is
not the exclusive audience.
