Hi Guys, I've been using 6.06 on my AMD Sempron 32 bit box for a long time, I'm gonna up grade to the amd64 and would definitely like to buy a graphics card. I'd like your opinion on Ubuntu 6.06 for the amd64. Seeing the forums i got the feeling that most ubuntu software's required work arounds to be installed on the amd64. Is my opinion right?????? I also want to buy a graphics card, any suggestions for ubuntu compatible hardware.
