Best wishes for the event We also plan to exhibit Ubuntu loaded computers as a hands-on system
where visitors can have an Ubuntu experience. We also plan to display 3D desktop using Beryl.
wow - All comments and suggestions are welcome from the community to make this
event a grand success. one of the big hurdles in adoption of GNU/Linux is the incompatoible
hardware (esp dial up modem problems wonder) if its worth keeping a. A list of compatible hardware and peripherals - esp printers and modems b. keep a few modems (internal and external and maybe even compatible pcmcia cards) for people to buy on the spot though i guess the time is really short to prepare this (if its an acceptable idea) ANYWAY enjoy ram
