Soumyadip, I think healthy flaming(which definitely does not include
personal/racial remarks, lewd language etc) should not be discouraged.

I have been meaning to say this since yesterday but didn't want to sound wrong.
but since Mir has used the word *fun*, i would add this: Since this storm rose
over wiki and drupal the list has suddenly become so spicy ..almost like these
daily TV serials...... i log on morning and evening to check out new
fireworks...
Fun aside, it is a learning experience too, for people like me. I learnt a few
things about what a wiki is and what Content management systems are and
particularly that Drupal is so popular(i heard the name drupal for the first
time).
So all this has a plus side too :-). 'don't stop the carnival'
