Simply GREAT !!! Honestly, I included the Windows soln. only because you mentioned that your friend did not have much experience in Linux, and it was meant to be a temporary solution. Am I glad that there are GNU/Linux fanatics around in my motherland ? Yes, you bet !!! Am in he process of planning a firm to offer Ubuntu Support in and around Bangalore, know of anyone with similar ideas, who would like to join me ? Personally, am just back from Finland( the birthplace of the GNU/Linux kernel) after 13 years, and am still working hard to settle back into our society (democratic)and find my way around ! Frankly, have been greatly influenced (forcibly) by Finnish Socialism (Finland is a police state !), and all I can say is that it sucks ! Kindly excuse the metaphors but sometimes plain, simple language does not suffice to explain the hardships fellow humanbeings are subjected to. Regards, t1nt1n On 7/16/08, Ramnarayan.
