seems like i have to find /windows/system32/bcedit.exe and edit that and its 
editing is not as easy as linux config files

will tell how easy it was not later ;-)

Search and download Easy BCD, it's a freeware from Neosmart Technologies. You 
can choose whatever OS you want to be your default OS.
