No i didnt install manually with apt-get or synaptic somehow its already
available.

yeah i modified my xorg.conf set refresh rate more than 75Hz but i was not
able to do it.

yes i often modify my xorg.conf and  it has been restored back now using
dpkg-reconfigure command. (sudo dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg)

I didnt change the driver option in Xorg.conf there is nothing specific to
say about Xorg.conf
its like "Configured Video Device,Configured Monitor,Default Screen nothing
else.
