Well this requirement looks much better. What you can do is configure squid proxy in the local system(or if multiple systems are there on the gateway machine) and authenticate users for internet access. Then based on the user you can decide to provide access to limited sites or not internet at all. Google gives you lots of results on how to configure squid for user authentication. Regards, PD
