To the original post. Sagar, I have used OpenERP a bit, it's open
source. Check http://www.openerp.com. Of course there are lots of
other ERP softwares as pointed out Sameep.
And for a wiki engine, you can always download and install MediaWiki
as Onkar suggested. If it's for a small group of 3-4 people and need
not scale much, I'd recommend dokuwiki. It's lightweight and uses
plain text to store the files. It has some nice features too.
