Hi, was wanting to know if its possible to run Ubuntu 7.10 under a virtualized environment in 9.04, if yes any links to How ? second will it be possible to have full hardware access / interaction through this virtualized setuo - meaning will 7.10 continue to interact with the hardware as a normal installation or will the 9.04 hardware interaction take precedence / control *** I already have dual boot but thats inefficient since the only reason i need to go to 7.10 is to access the internet when the other forms of internet (like another cdma data card and broadband ) don't work. *** what i really want is to run wvdial and a connection to the net for Huawei ETS 2288 which works under 7.10 but not in any version after that. You might need to install VirtualBox CSE (Closed Source) for USB to work. The last time I checked , VirtualBox OSE did not support USB. I might be wrong.
