I second this. IIRC, at the beginning of every month, the moderators used to remind the list about the guidelines. I'd be really happy if this was started again. It's extremely irritating for someone to read top-posted mails, especially when in digest mode. So, could the moderators please restart the monthly mail reminding people of the etiquettes?
