@ Onkar, Sorry to say that but it's not solved in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (Lucid Lynx). Upstream is doing different implemantation to handle such kind of cases. More information here [1]. Other people have reported that it's working fine with Tata Photon+ / BSNL EVDO CDMA Broadband Services.
