And I would like to clear this very common misconception. Installing Ubuntu WITHIN Windows is NOT the same as dual booting Ubuntu and Windows. The former doesn't change your partitions, the latter does, by definition. You can migrate from a Wubi installation to a TRUE dual boot. There is a HOWTO on the Ubuntu forums for the same.
