Ram, thanks for the good solution. I shall implement in ubuntu to overcome all problem. Formerly I used ms word then removed and started using ooo.org.writer. Why I am still using winOS because I am newbie to linux and finds difficult sometimes due to proper linhuxcommandlines. I wish if there is chart of linux commandlines it would have helped for newbies like me.In erstwhile lIndows, it had list of commanlines in form of readme on the desktop With Best of Luck and good wishes, -sriranga(77yrsold)
