Search for Plug computers on internet. They can act as server and have very low power requirement. ShivaPlug is one of the most popular plug computers. But its successor GuruPlug is said to be suffering from heating issues. There are other plug computers manufactured by Marvell as well. Another option you have is to get hold of beagleboard and SD card as storage and use it as server. I have no idea if you can get plug computers or beagleboard in India.
