Interesting. Other than the fact that the report is 2 years old, wonder how things have changed in the 2 years. Also I am not so much worried about the censorship as such, but about the restrictions that ISP's seem to put: Controlled speeds, very high contention ratios, high cost of internet access, stenting torrents speeds etc. On a related note, can anyone tell me the legal status on viewing pornography on the internet in India (in the privacy or your home, not at an Internet cafe/public computer).
